Prices and Billing
We can produce a finished product in as little as three weeks. All that is required to begin your project is a contract, a disclosure agreement, and a down payment. Once we receive your down payment, your project begins its production cycle. Be sure to book us early, as time slots tend to fill up quickly.
Package Rates
We offer our services as both package (per job) and hourly contracts. Purchasing a package is often the most cost-effective solution for CD-ROM development. With a package, you will receive:
- Complete storyboards and interface diagrams
- Layout files for cover art and liner notes
- Layout files for CD labels or screen printing
- A hybrid CD-ROM master that includes
- an animated interface with eight major scenes
- a custom splash screen
- launchers for up to 20 PDF documents
- launchers for up to five executables
- up to 15 minutes of video and or audio
- photography for up to 25 custom photos
- All source code and native development files
- A perpetual license to use our custom libraries
- Printing, duplication, and fulfillment are NOT included
Total price: $6,500 ($2,500 down + $4,000 on delivery)
Hourly Rates
All other work, including custom design, web development, photography and videography is billed at $80 per hour. Discounts are available for retainer contracts that exceed 40 hours.
Billing Options
For non-package projects we normally require a minimum down payment of the lesser of 50% or $1,500. The remainder is billed at completion or in monthly installments, depending on the length and nature of the contract. Invoiced amounts are typically due on 2% 10, net 30 terms. You may pay by check or by credit card through PayPal (via the Pixelogiq invoicing system).
